10/12U Rec - 2 teams, Rec level

10/12U Select - 1 team, players on this team will be selected from the 2 Rec-level teams and invited to play additional games and tournaments. 

14U - Select Team 

14/16U - Travel Team

19U - 1 Rec-level team

Commitment Level

8U - Weekly practices & plays local games & jamborees. 

10/12U Rec - Weekly practices & skills sessions with some local weekend Rec games.

10/12U Select - plays additional games, tournaments for the Carolina Girls Hockey League (CGHL) and independent regional tournaments.   

12/14U Select Team - weekly practices & skills, plays in local Rec  House League, Carolina Girls Hockey League (CGHL), and regional exhibition games.

14/16U Travel - weekly practices and skills, exhibition games and shared practice experience with High Point University, exhibition games versus regional girls travel teams and tournament play.

19U Rec Team - practices weekly and plays in a local House League, CGHL tournaments, and regional club and girls exhibitions.  

To provide a fun, safe and healthy environment for female athletes at all age levels and abilities to develop the skills of ice hockey for competitive play. Each player, coach and parent will be expected to display the following core values:
